About Us

BilgeAdam Technologies was established in Istanbul in 1997 as an IT training company. Eventually, the Company became a national leader and started expanding into wider range of IT services, namely software development and management, consulting, support and outsourcing. More recently, BilgeAdam started developing its own software products in the area of cloud-based business solutions, including Human Resources, LMS, Payroll, CRM and Merchandising and established a presence in the Netherlands, Germany and the UK. The Company is headquartered at Istanbul Technical University’s Technocity and employs over 1,300 people at its 6 offices across Istanbul and Ankara, from where it serves customers ranging from enterprises to family businesses and from government agencies to individuals.

BilgeAdam is currently focusing on its core strength, software development, to increase the number of key customers and the size of its projects. The Company continues to attract and recruit the best technical talent in Turkey via its Academy and talent development programmes. The Company is also working on adding new open source community development platforms and languages to its portfolio for technology sustainability. Simultaneously, BilgeAdam is transforming its IT Training Business, which accounts for a declining percentage of its revenues, from a revenue generating unit to a strategic human resources factory, graduating individuals with valuable technical IT skills.
